Janice is the founding president of the El Paso Community Foundation and built it into the thriving philanthropic organization it is today. She led the Foundation for 41 years. Currently, she is working to build the Plaza Theatre Endowment Fund and coordinating development projects for longtime donors. She has overseen fundraising for the Foundation, including the first $1 million gift from the Roderick family and the growth of the Foundation’s assets to $100 million. Janice is also a published author whose books include True Women.
